Tuesday at the Portal Conference

Enjoyed the business partners breakfast this morning, with Portal Mom Larry describing the vertical market toolkit and PortalNow. Gearing Portal to specific pain points in various vertical industries like healthcare, banking, finance and others makes a lot of sense to demonstrate the value and ROI for portal solutions in the mid-market.

I also attended Spoon's presentation on Lessons from the field for Portlet Factory. I can see why our Top Gun class has grown from 3 days to five days with five appendices. The product has really matured and we've learned a lot over the last three years.

Looking forward to more discussions with clients in the exhibition center this afternoon.
